Overview

DNA Technology Group, LLC operates LiftMark. This policy explains what information LiftMark handles and how it is used.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to provide the app, including account details such as your email address, name, username, and profile photo; workout information such as exercises, sets, weights, repetitions, duration, notes, templates, preferences, and workout images where used; and basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Sign in with Apple or Google may provide us with the account details you authorize that provider to share.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure your account, save and sync your training data, provide app features, respond to support requests, and maintain and improve LiftMark. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Sharing

We share information with service providers only as needed to run LiftMark, including Amazon Web Services for authentication, cloud storage, and syncing, and Apple or Google when you use their sign-in services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We require service providers that process personal information for us to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law.

If you create a workout or template share link, the information you choose to include can be viewed by anyone who has that link until the link expires or is revoked. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of LiftMark and its users.

Storage and retention

LiftMark stores information on your device and, when you use an account, in our cloud systems so it can sync across devices. We retain account and workout information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your choices

You can update certain profile and workout information in the app. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and personal information, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also withdraw consent where our processing relies on consent by contacting us.

Children

LiftMark is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy as LiftMark changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date.
